Dayton was licensed in 1982 and has been building a "referral" based business ever since. Dayton met Rick in the summer of 2000 and attended his first Summit in November of 2000. As a coaching student, Dayton was co-valedictorian of his class and is the proud owner of two Blue Dragons. Dayton is also a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International. Dayton and his team consistently sell over 150 units per year for $30,000,000 in volume. His great business also provides him the time he wants to devote to his family, church, alumni associations, Rotary and recreation. Kendra is originally from Southern Illinois and relocated to Middle Tennessee in 1988 initially to pursue a career in law, that quickly change to Real Estate. Nearing 22 years of consistently working in the Real Estate Industry, Kendra has achieved many honors and accolades, including being named Realtor of the Year by the Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors in February 2006. With degrees in finance, economics, and international business, Josh spent 2 years in financial planning and insurance before joining the mortgage banker community. With a focus on service, Josh built his business based on the book Raving Fans. A referral based business, Josh and his 3 person team strive to exceed expectations, maintain client relations, and lead the industry in professionalism and creativity. His brand promise is to close on time, accurately, and with plenty of communication, every time! Scott has helped over 3000 people with their mortgages since he started in the industry in 1994. He owned his own company for 13+ years. He closed that company a little over 2 years ago to focus strictly on loan origination. He now consistently closes 10 to 15 loans a month. He successfully manages a tight team allowing him to work just 40 hours a week. The rest of his time he spends with his wife of 26+ years and his 2 children. Dave has been a lender for 17 years, manages a branch with 8 LO’s and closes an average of 12 loans per month on his team and 25 loans per month as a branch.
